By accessing and using Invest For You ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Invest For You.
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. Residents of jurisdictions where cryptocurrency investment is prohibited may not use our services.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.
Invest For You provides cryptocurrency investment management services. We pool client funds and trade on their behalf using our proprietary strategies. While we aim to deliver 30-50% monthly returns, past performance does not guarantee future results. All investments carry risk, including the possible loss of principal.
The minimum deposit is $50. The minimum withdrawal is $50. Withdrawal requests are processed within 12 hours. You must complete KYC verification before making withdrawals. We reserve the right to delay or refuse withdrawals in cases of suspected fraud, regulatory requirements, or technical issues.
All users must complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before accessing full platform features. This includes submitting government-issued identification and proof of address. Failure to complete KYC may result in account restrictions or closure.
We do not charge management fees, deposit fees, or withdrawal fees. A performance fee may be applied to profits above the target return rate. All fees will be clearly disclosed before any transaction. The $50 signup bonus is non-withdrawable until a minimum deposit of $50 is made.
Cryptocurrency investments are highly volatile and carry significant risk. You should never invest more than you can afford to lose. We are not responsible for losses resulting from market volatility, regulatory changes, or force majeure events. We strongly recommend consulting a financial advisor before investing.
Users may not: use the platform for illegal activities, attempt to breach security measures, provide false information, manipulate the system, or use multiple accounts to circumvent limits. Violation may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Invest For You shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have invested through the Platform.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, you may withdraw your funds subject to the withdrawal procedures. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are inactive for more than 12 months.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in New York.
We may modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. Material changes will be notified via email.
